By calling “Fear” while throwing, & making a successful tag with these markers, the target must turn and flee from the caster for 10 running steps. After reaching this distance, they may act as normal. If you take any damage while “Feared”, the effect is cancelled and you may act as normal.
If it is not safe to flee (eg: due to being at the front of a shield wall or due to dangerous geography) they must cower and not attack for a count of 10.
This ability deals NO DAMAGE, and cannot be blocked by a Shield.
The caster can not be wearing Heavy Armour or using a Shield larger than a buckler.
Undead are immune to fear.
A strike to an opponent's head causes feedback damage.
